April 2008 Dinner Menu
 

1. Three-Cheese Mushroom Pizza – Pizza topped with three varieties of Mushrooms, Provolone and Fontina Cheeses, finished with Parmesan and Fresh Herbs.

2. Zucchini Chimichangas – Mexican seasoned filling made with Zucchini, Green Chilies, Onion and Cheddar Cheese rolled inside a Flour Tortilla.

3. White Chicken Chili – Southwestern spiced Chicken Chili with Navy Beans and Vegetables garnished with Jack Cheese.

4. Confetti Vegetable Curry – Sweet Potatoes, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Red Bell Peppers, Corn, and Peas in a Curry Tomato Sauce.

5. Linguine Smoked Turkey – Linguine with Smoked Turkey, Green Beans, Green Onions,
Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese, Jack Cheese, and Black Olives all tossed in an Italian Herb Dressing.

6. * Baked Sea Scallops with Feta Cheese – Sea Scallops baked in a Fresh White Wine Tomato Herb Sauce topped with Feta Cheese served with Pasta.

7. Chicken Marbella – Sautéed Chicken in a Mediterranean-style sauce with Capers, Prunes, and Spanish Olives served with Couscous.

8. Baked Chinese Spring Rolls – Shrimp and Vegetable filled Chinese Pastries served with Fried Rice.

9. Stromboli – Italian Vegetable, Cheese & Tomato Meat Sauce Pizza Pockets.

10. Chili Verde – Lean chunks of Pork cooked until tender with Onions in a Tomatillo
Sauce with Green Chilies, served with Tortillas.

11. *Marinated Beef Skewers - Beef, Red Bell Pepper, and Squash Skewers marinated in
a seasoned Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil served with Fragrant Brown Rice.

* These items are best served fresh rather than frozen, you can enjoy them right away or within a few days of your delivery.

 

Meals come standard with white rice and regular pasta, but we are happy to substitute brown rice and whole wheat pasta upon request.
